The second phase of our procedure with the project move is the preparation of a detailed project plan which includes the following planning fields:

• Recording of the material to be moved and documentation in a data base
• Establishment of the area layout planning
• Defining of the assembler-areas
• First inquiries directed to related companies
• Interface analysis
• Rough time planning for the moves
• Detailed tuning together with all related branches involved with the move
• Scheduling and controlling
• Exact time planning
• Establishment of a presentation for a move-handbook
